If there is a huge hidden cache of invisible mass towards the edges of the galaxy, wouldn't the empirically observed curve appear similar to the keplerian curve only stretched/shifted to the right? the actual empirical curve looks logarithm function tho, I don't see how any amount of mass could lead to a distribution that shape. Am a I brainlet or is dark matter theory really just this much of a meme
