Even in swine flu the risks were so rare that the narcolepsy occured in like ~1-2 cases in 300 000. And they blew that WAY out of proportion. With the corona vaccines we're way past the 500 000 marker and still no serious complications, aside from the few vague suspicions that don't seem to be true either.
Assume you get the virus. We all should. Then ask yourself, do you want a 1-10% risk of serious long term complications or death, or do you want a maximum of 0.000003% risk of some unknown complications (likely much, much lower than that).
The only reason these morons are going with the former choice, is because they're literally fucking stupid. I've had this same discussion in r9k today and holy fucking shit I'll just stop visiting that place altogether. If this pandemic has done anything, it's made me too tired to deal with people with a minimum of 40 less IQ than me any longer.
