The problem is 50 years form now Black JaBonga and White Chad go to school.
Chad gets better grades than JaBonga, the school administration must be racist.
Chads had two parents that raise him, JaBonga's mother has 4 children form 4 fathers, blame society as racist.
Chad has never been arrested becuase he steals nothing, JaBonga has been arrested 7 times for theft (the criminal justice system is racist).
Chad a JaBonga apply for a job, Chad is highly qualifies, JaBonga is not, Chad gets the job, people protest the racist company.
No person whjo supports Affirmative action EVER wants to see it end, they firmly believe personal responsibility means nothing, a person's race completely defines them. If a person of color fails then racism is the fault.
