Secondly, the real problem isn't telling them how to make the bomb, but in the logistics of it. It took the US 4 years, construction of the largest building by volume EVER, and literally billions of dollars, to produce enough weapons grade refined uranium and plutonium for three bombs (and one undetonated core used for testing). Not only that, but it took all the top scientists and engineers in the US that same span of time to come up with systems for triggering the detonation that are intensely complicated and can't just be thrown together on a whim.
All of this is completely moot though because even if Germany had managed to produce a nuclear fission bomb before the US any usage of that bomb on London or Moscow or whatever isn't going to stop the war, it's just going to make the Allies a lot fucking madder.
My advice to pre-war Hitler would be to abstain from invading Poland and just build armaments because the Soviets are coming either way and you don't want to look like the aggressor.
