It depends on the distance but if it is already earth like then yes, we can live on it because the moon has a strong magnetic field to deflect the radiation.
sadly for whatever advanced lifeform living on that planet, space travel will be a lot harder thanks to the radiation emitted by the gas giant.

Neil Comins' second book had stuff to say about a moon in orbit around a maybe 2J planet.
The radiation is a problem but maybe not if the planet is far enough away. Jupiter's radiation is manageable on Ganymede and not even a thing out in Callisto.
Now, OP has his moons close-in on a Laplacian resonance, clearly with Io / Europa / Ganymede in mind, in which case, the inner moons aren't going to be habitable.

also I think the only way we can have earth-like moons is going throught the triton path.
a gas giant that moved to the goldilocks zone and didn't kick out the planet, rather it caught it on its orbit and became a moon that goes on the opposite direction.

You could also say that a large number of things went right to make the Earth what it is today. Things like gas giants to hoover up debris but not too many that would also have hoovered up Earth, Sedna to strike proto-earth just right, a just right moon to keep the tectonics going, a perfect distance from the sun, a galactic neighbourhood that is reasonably quiet and safe from novae, and more.

Jupiter has a lot of radiation of many kinds and also other problems that makes life on Io quite unlikely. I am not sure what Saturn is like.

Large moons around giant planets don't get eclipsed by the planet with every single revolution, and even when they do (if they're close enough and perfectly aligned to always fall on the planet's shadow), they don't stay eclipsed long enough for it to affect the moon's climate

Make a larger system, say a blue giant in the centre, then a yellow star in the Goldilocks zone where a habitable planet is orbiting a gas giant. That way you have heat from two sources. Add a red dwarf in orbit around the yellow star and the gas giant - planet in the L5 of the red dwarf, and you are getting close to Kalgash.

a star that would last 6 billion years would change quite dramatically. the sun will last like 10 billion years but that doesn't change the fact we will get cooked in less than one billion years
