It’s like a language, not a history subget. You need to keep a vocab/reference log and log of areas you are having trouble. Review the parts you make mistakes on, and then do new problems/exercises. Make sure you are understanding what you are doing. Make sure after reviewing you are working actual new problem sets from start.
Working 45 mintues everyday (while not ideal) is much much much much better then working 8 hours on Saturday, likely the ideal structure is doing like an hour a day plus 2 hours every 3 days when something new comes.
Also undergrad math is pretty standardized, so if you are not getting a specific concept there are 10 YouTube videos to explain it in different ways. But spend more time working out problems then YouTube.
If you are doing calculus work an Integration/ differentiation. Everyday. Don’t just do 7 on Friday
