But you realize that question doesn't even matter if you stop for even a second to think about trivial matters such as water, food, etc. There would be several hundred lifetimes being spend on a ship with no contact with any star, and you expect what? For food and water to just appear? How retarded do you have to be to not for a second consider something like this? The amount of energy that you would need to sustain this would just result in such an impractically large ship, that one would never get built.
