On average, it's not. The Sun's output of heat energy is not dependent on the tilt of one of its satellites 150 million km away.

yeah but the total tilt is less at non during winter.
you see you both have the axial tilt and the rotation of the earth.
the tilt of the earth is only 23.5 degrees yet seems to have a more profound effect on the amount of heat it provides compared to the rotation of the earth and to me this makes no sense.

Some but it's probably more of a question of perception. During the winter the ambient air is much colder than during the summer. To get a good comparison, you'd need to repeat your summer morning/winter noon experiment inside of a greenhouse where the temperature and humidity is the same in both situations. Only then could you determine if the sun really feels warming on a summer morning than it does at noon in the winter.

In fact the heat of the sun given the same angel in winter or summer is the same. Ofc the stored heat of the environment adds to the output of the sun.

2 effects: One, in winter the sun rises much lower on the horizon (meaning buildings/trees/mountains whatever leave long sideways shadows that cool things down) and obv summer is the opposite. And the other thing is because in summer the amount of daylight you get per day is longest.

Also just a psychological effect of you consciously knowing it's summer and also the air and environment around you are warmer than normal and the sun just adds on even more to that.

Tilt doesn't matter in how much heat a person receives from direct sunshine. Unless sun lights are absorbed more by colder air.
