ok /sci/ it's currently 2:30 AM for me and I need to be as woke as possible ( aka I need my brain to be able to focus ) from 10 AM to 1 PM for a math lecture. I don't know much about sleep but I know from experimentation that starting to sleep earlier doesn't guarantee you to be more fresh when you wake up. If you can't be bothered to do the calculation linking me to articles would also be great, thnx
