Make an easy plan that will lead into quick habituation.
Follow it not because you are forced to or from pure discipline, but because you get to as it will improve your life.
All electronics off 1 hour before bed. If your bedtime is very late, reduce it by 30 minutes each night, until it is a more reasonable time.
Rise, stretch, drink water.
Don't immediately go to your phone.
Set a timer to study a subject and focus, then take a break.
Breathe, stretch, take a walk.
Once you get into the mindset of a singular purpose during that timeframe, studying will be easier and more efficient.
Keep yourself clear of distractions.

set yourself small timed goals.

Start by scheduling day by day, accomplishing a set of amount of things in one day.

If you're too much of a degenerate to function with a day by day scheduling, schedule half day by half day, if unsuccessful, hour by hour etc until you can study reliably
