Nothing. It's observation bias. Researchers favored one direction for observation because that's when the telescopes were available for them to use. That means that there are far more trans neptunian objects which have not been observed. When taken together there's less and less need for a 'planet 9' to explain their orbits.

probably the sun itself.
how far does the influence of the sun starts to become weak, weak enough to alter the orbit of those trans-neptunian objects.
as if those objects lost grip of the sun.
