The type of stuff in pills is surely some sort of edible form of white, powdery magnesium that occurs in living organisms.
And do you realize that sodium reacts violently with water, and sodium is in table salt, but table salt mixes with water just fine? Speaking of water, you realize that water has hydrogen and oxygen in it, but for some reason water doesn't explode. Crazy as fuck, you'd think with all that hydrogen and oxygen, that water would be like gasoline.
