If I have a generic paper pushing job involving many emails, reports consisting of tables, words, charts (but no math, no specialist technical knowledge that couldn't be picked up in an hour), dumb meetings, how long will it be until an AI can replace me and my entire department?

I wouldn't be surprised if the US government intentionally held back the release or development of this because of the potential unrest caused by all these white collar do almost nothing jobs going away.
