I've found that I can remove that feeling of not having enoough sleep at the morning and that pain when they brain request to go to sleep during the day.
I can fix it with putting my earplugs, lie down in the bed, meditate while I listen some binaural beat with a 30 minute sleep video.
I get fine around the 10 minute mark.
