I think approaching a better lifestyle is the best choice, whatever that entails for each person. If they gain some mental clarity, great, if not, then they're still getting other benefits. That's why I've never been able to stick with n-back training. If it works, I might gain a slight advantage, but if not, I've wasted a huge amount of time with nothing to show for it.
