Help, I can't understand this shit at all. I ended up here during a rabbit hole of Wikipedia articles. I can't understand this quantum mechanics hamiltonian schrodinger wave function reduced mass spinor operator shit, even when I click the links to try to understand what those words mean, those articles are just as confusing. Is it even possible to understand this shit?

HahahahHa dude stop, wikipedia won't help you learn math until you've learned other stuff. YES that shit is way too complicated for you you have to learn linear algebra first and then advanced linear algebra immediately afterwards because those are the two most important subjects that you will see nearly every second you look at math. I wish people had told me this before I started. Lin algebra and understanding of limits and derivatives and you are set for life. I learned basic shit from NJ Wildbergers like 45 video long playlist but he's kind of boring and teaches some nonstandard stuff and basically all you need to know is that vector spaces have arbitrary notions of distances and that you can change bases between them and how to solve high school equations with matrices and you can basically move on to Nathaniel Johnstons advanced linear algebra course that's on YouTube as well. You will basically never not use these concepts later on so everything afterwards will become understandable to some degree, but it'll be boring for a while.

If you're new to QM, you should start somewhere else and develop your skills a bit. The helium atom you posted is an example of a three-body problem which is plenty complicated even in classical mechanics. When you add QM it's just ugly.

You should be able to find an article on a hydrogen atom online which will simplify things dramatically--although I don't know that I recommend that either if you are brand new and still trying to understand what a wave function is.

The best advice I can give is for you to find an INTRODUCTORY article online that addresses these topics. Wikipedia is notoriously complicated in favor of being as rigorous as possible which makes it hard to pick up new ideas. After that, check youtube for some (introductory) videos. Once you understand the basics you'll be able to read Wikipedia.

This is the older version of Hamiltonian mechanics, it finds the lowest possible energy state of a system continuously with advanced calculus, like how water flows in a path of least resistance, it's not hard

A lot of it is convoluted with verbiage, but that ends up being necessary to keep concepts clear and distinct. The Hamiltonian tells you how high in energy a particular state is (including both kinetic and potential). In general, high energy states are unfavorable and low-energy ones are favorable, so having a Hamiltonian gives you a way to probe the probability of observing a system in a particular configuration.

If you want to learn, your pathway might be something like Classical Mechanics -> Statistical Mechanics -> Quantum Mechanics, and you'll need some knowledge of linear algebra and calculus to be able to work out the math.

Idk Ashcroft Mermin if you want to know about solid states or a random book on atom physics would be much easier than reading wikipedia articles that are either simplified or choke full of non layman terms.
Hell even a book on about Laundau's(?) demon would explain stuff better.
