So many people think things like the theory of evolutions and gravity are truth when in fact those are nothing but fabrications and interpretations.
There is nothing rational about believing we come from monkeys or that "forces" exist for no reason.
All theories must be false as reality is above those.
"Standing on the shoulders of giants" is an incorrect saying.
It would be more correct to say "Standing on the shoulders of conmens"

It's pretty much spot on. Once you get into HEP and the standard model there are some details that still not right on wikipedia but those details are quite niche.

Essentially every major idea in physics over the past 120 years has been wrong. I'd give it a 10/10 for flaws. Yes, there's plenty of technology that's thought impossible that could exist today, let alone in the far future.

6, we miss some fundamental block and some mathematical descriptions could be simplified, but we have a good understanding of the universe.

Very hard, there's some theoretical limit which are impossible to surpass unless we change all of physics.
