Isnt the scaling reverse? Or cyclical. Universes with different initial conditions would be the result of eternal mathematical structures, within a given universe there are different timelines and for a given object so I think it really is just so that way

What do you mean? Which one I subjectively prefer? Which one I think to be true, despite the image implying they are all connected?

I don't think they are all connected, but I think #2 is the most plausible one and I also like it for that reason.
