>>12920001I have started to forget the foundations of my own research.
You simply can't remember the small bits you need to remember if you live as these filthy mericans. You must pracrice good mentl hygine. (Keyboard sux)
1. Exercise, light but consstnt. Can't do even 5 pushups? walk or light hike two times a day, hat same day you will do twenty.
This is clearly mental. If you do certain things in a certain order, you are several times more performant.
2. Nutrition. A joke is to pretend vitamin c cures cancer. No, you won't live forever, but you'll eat more bellpeppers, pears and other things you probably ignore. Soluble fiber is important. Oatmeal... Or something better, like a breakfast of soup and a salad. If you want desert after dinner... Well, you haven't had oatmeal yet! Obviously no processed food, including dried fruit.
3. Sleep self explanatory. I used to do uberman whatever, it's pointless and unnecessary, just sleep 8 or more hours perday.
4. Religion self explanatory.
5. Your first cybernetic interface. Emacs ND org mode is ideal, or something hat supports hydrogen style interaction Suh as Julia with vscode or Julia with he jupytext extension for jupyterlab. At this point, you have to do everything yourself because everybody is different anD no two cyber configs can ever be like.
6. Manage "strain". Read and sty away from anything other than cndlelight, flourescnt or 85hz+ non-led screens, even lcd screens have led backlights. Obviously this relates to eyestrain. Other strains relate to inappropriate weightlifting form, failure to engage in physical technical activity ie tennis or swiming, failure to consciously shut down looping thoughts you've revisited far too often etc.
ALso buy a rapid paper scanner ND learn how to do handwriting ocr, saves you headache when managing your notes. Oh God the notes... I'll never finished organizing hm
