I have identified that the two most effective categories of communicators and communications between entities are:
1. Active memory users
2. Passive memory users

Active being those that have quick and ready access to solution and translation sets alongside relational data.

Passive being those that have low-level priority or deferential approach to problems, obstacles, and/or inputs.

Just stress testing the idea by seeing if any /sci/ people can expand or disprove the observations.
