Is schizophrenia really likebit is depicted in movies like John Nash and Fight Club?
Do schizos really have an imaginary friend who they've met one day and thought he was real?
Or is schizofrenia more like hearing voices, seeing some scary shadows once in a while?

can be, it manifests differently in every human. Also the diagnosis is shaky, most people who have mental illnesses have more than one and they might change in the way they take form over time.

Psychology is a pseudo-science mostly. Especially the dark triad. Schizophrenia is very real, but it's very rarely your sole diagnosis and is hard to diagnose in general.

schizophrenia causes psychosis, i think im schizoaffective since i get mood swings too but the meds help with that too
