Learned about dopamine detox from a screencap posted on here. After finishing it (did 14 days instead of the normal 7 to make sure), everything has changed about me. I woke up at 6:00, got up from bed, checked /sci/ for new threads while eating breakfast, and then started to listen to TTC. At 7:00 I started to do H&K, which I did until 11AM. I ate dinner while listening to TTC. Then I came back to H&K and did that until 6PM. From 6-7:30PM I was reading a book on payment systems. At 7:30PM I took a 3h nap. After waking up, I did programming until 3AM. I then fell asleep and woke up at 6AM. Today I'm repeeating the same thing.
I no longer feel any urge to do anything. I just follow this routine and enjoy it. Today I got a boner while reading a crypto whitepaper
