Wouldn't advancement of rape kit testing lead to better virginity testing kits?

Now there are many ways to test for presence of a penis in the anus or vagina. One way that people test is to see if some seminal fluid remains. Since the composition of semen has proportion of elements not found in vaginal discharge, there's no reason why there can't be traces of them that's analyzed, with a focus on an element like zinc that will remain in the vagina for months, despite vaginal fluid discharge removing most of it.

Sure, unless the technology somehow improves a lot. But typically virgin adult women do not remain inactive for long periods of time.
