Can they make a reverse virus vaccine? Like one person would be vaccinated then that person would spread the virus around but instead it would be cure, so that way you would need to vaccinate less people.

Yeah, you could make viruses that both infect and modify your genes in a way that gives you immunity. This would, however, be unnecessarily complicated and would require the virus to be weak enough for your body to eventually kill off, meaning that it probably wouldn't work most of the time.
