i just got the astra vaccine around 10 hours ago and i've been getting intense chills all over my body that have been getting progressively worse over the duration
i didn't believe any of this side effect stuff before but this is starting to get painful
what the hell is happening?

I hid under the blanket, must have been over 40 degrees

barely could stand up and when I did I got strong stings around my head and upper body area
I've never been sick this strongly before, I got stings once when I was a teenager and got a particularly bad cold but it was nowhere near this, I could even ignore that shit if I wanted
fuck I didn't even have Corona, I didn't need any of this
I thought all the people shitposting here about the vaccine were schizos, I trusted the testing proccess
it's getting close to the middle of the night here, I don't know if I can make it to tomorrow
I have some tea but no medicine, I'll make one and try to drink a lot of water

I had the exact same thing, it does pass but the younger you are/healthier immune system the worse the side effects from the vaccine are. Most old people I know barely had a sweat.

Thats how it works, you are getting a smaller dose of the virus so your body starts building antibodies against it. If you dont like it imagine having that fucking chink flu for weeks/months instead. Everyone reacts different to it. One of my friends didnt even notice he had it untill he got tested and another one that is an mma fighter was sick for 3 months. You are going to be sick for a couple of days or a week and then you will get normal again.
