So I'm 10 years into uni, maths and compsci major, win hacking competitions, A grade average, IQ 160 and so on and I still feel like a FUCKING IDIOT whenever I open a math article on Wikipedia.

It's always straight into some modular form of a category of Sobolov spaces on C* algebras or some shit and I simply don't know what the fuck they're talking about.

Will the fog ever lift? Is there a time when you feel like you understand all the basics and can move on to writing new stuff? A time when you will actually look in math journals for fun new updates, because you know the stuff in the textbooks already?
