He seems to be rehashing Hegel, but with ideas and concepts derived for computer science, complexity theory and cybernetics (without explicitly refferencing this). It does not seem to be a "new" theory by any means, but it does seem to be a BUY MY BOOK approuch where the guy seems to be more intrested in selling himself.
I get the sense that he or his followers edit his wikipedia page and his amazon reviews.
