Amateur botanist and even more of an amateur taxonomists here. Started reading about the stream line genomics of the Utricularia genus and now I’m stumped on genetic terminology. Anyone got any libgen, books, PDFs, etc. they recommend that can explain words/terms like: introns, aneuploidy, dysploidy, polyploidy, karyology, GO enrichment, NG50, fractionation, WGD, LTR retrotransposons, and so on?

Been a while since i took the class, but a textbook on plant physiology should have what you want. Taiz and Zeiger have a pretty good book on it. A book on plant systematics would also be good

Maybe start with some videos on the basics of genetics and the concepts you are looking for (for example khan academy) before jumping straight into a book. Those can be a quite heave to read. Then if you wish to go deeper find a book with some excessives like Benjamin Pierce's genetics, try to do them.
