DePaul University in Chicago, I'm attending there now for CS. Lots of entitled, spoiled, sheltered suburbanite whites that start literally crying if you use the word "faggot" or "retard". One of my online classes got trolled once with someone spamming hentai in in the call for just 2 minutes, and afterwards the students had a mental breakdown. They also had regular "safe space days" in classes for when Trump was active, especially when he was elected (I am not even a political person, I just think that's so pathetic and weird).
My peers are a mixed bag. They are either retarded and lazy and are clearly being pushed through the system so the university gets paid, or they are high achieving egotistical grade chasers that have an inflated sense of superiority due to being surrounded by the former and coming from white overly liberal suburbs. There are a lot of women which is great but most of them are below 4-5/10 on average, guys are mostly simps and passively flock around them and act like docile orbiters and praise everything they do. I hate most of them. Professors are really cool at least.
I should have gone to a more competitive school. While I do appreciate the high acceptance rate that private universities have (DePaul's is 75%~) and the fact that I'm getting an education, the lowered bar hurts me in a way because I'm in an environment where I'm not being pushed or competed with at all since now most of my peers are just people who should still be in high school. I just go beyond my classes in my spare time to circumvent this, but still it irritates me.
