1. The superior way to experience life is from home, reading books, watching movies, playing videogames. It reduces DNA damage to a minimum so that you can live longer.

2. Little exercise is necesary. I'd go with 1 hour of walking a day, if possible through different routes so that your brain can benefit from it too. Maybe throw in some calisthenics/lifting and cardio every now and then.

3. Don't let the sun touch your skin directly on a daily basis, maybe once or twice a week for that vitamin D, but indirect daily light is necesary to hit your retina, so that you can produce adequate serotonin levels, so have big open windows at home. It goes without saying that you should keep other sources of DNA destruction to a minimum (such as X rays).

4. Travelling might might help in keeping a diverse cognitive reserve, but don't over exert yourself, be patient and take long rests.

5. Eat enough antioxidants and reduce free radical producing foods to a minimum.

6. Fast on a regular basis, calculate the level of calories you need and never overdo it.

7. Don't overdo it with protein or carbs. Get most of your calories from pure and healthy fats.

8. Optional: Try to be in uncomfortably cold temperatures, to put your cells in survival mode.

Can anyone else add more tips?
