I heard you can influence it be accurately tracking the ovulation.
Depending on whether sperm carries X or Y, on average it will influence its 'lifespan' in the womb.
So by ejaculating inside let's say slightly before ovulation, you can increase the percentage of one of the sex chromosomes.
Unfortunately I don't remember the exact correlation between the sperm's lifespan and its chromosome.
