Why do you hash your plaintext? How can you get your plaintext afterward?

No, plaintext is a hash, I'm just using the end of a hashing chain as a key to encrypt the beginning of the next chain

Dont quite understand it. Why are you encrypting hash? Anyway, since your key changes for each block, it's not ECB anymore. Thought using part of plaintext as a key directly isn't a good idea.
