>>12893687well 1 is definitely true. just because we can’t see further than the cosmic horizon doesn’t mean there isn’t stuff beyon there. in fact we see a light day further every day. 3 to me is a matter of interpretation so it exists as one legitimate picture for what goes on under the hood in QM. and something definitely goes on under the hood (the wavefunction) but you can’t directly observe it. 4 is pure philosophy. 2 is pure speculation. arguably 2 is the worst because anthropic reasoning is usually an “i give up” type argument, but sometimes you do have to give up on other explanations. so i would say 2 should be doubted and treated skeptically. also, 3 has really nothing to do with 2 so linking them is silly
