Create an account on cronometer, enter a day's worth of food, and look at the results. If you're very low in potassium, add things like bananas, potatoes, milk, pork chops, etc. A lot of the population doesn't get nearly enough since most processed foods have very little potassium. If you actually are meeting potassium requirements and BP isn't improving, then you may need a more extreme dietary modification or interventions beyond diet.
