Imagine you're an alien, perhaps a Martian we'll say, in orbit. You're looking down on all of them, all that they do, all of the scenes and superficial contradictions within the whole picture. What are they doing, why do they do it, why do they meet the fates that they do, what is the very foundation that shapes and sustains them at every level of organization (from individual to group, to nation, to continent). On what is it that they stand, what is it which shall allow to continue on, do they even know?
