Even if something as fixed intelligence like IQ is true, it shouldn't be considered true. The whole idea of IQ that determines how smart you are does more harm than good. Dumb people are going to give up before they even give themselfs a chance at education, and gifted idividuals are going to become lazy NEETs thinking that their IQ will do all the work for them. IQ should be degraded to the tank od pseudo science. Kids especially should be taught, that their accomplishments are a reasult of honest work and practise, not just a free gift from genes, even if it is sometimes true.
