I entered an online chat bc I was bored but the frist person I met there just sent me this:

and then he/she left the chat.
I am curious if there is a message or its just some random numbers.
I thought it might be alphabet letters: 0=a, 1=b etc but the result looks still random:
"ulrwtbaqrbvebaxavbnqjrbnj"
Maybe it used shifting value but every shifting also looked random to me.
Can you help me solve this and tell if its just random letters or this is a message?
