I'm not really interested in this particular story whatsoever, but this phrase is getting shilled hard as fuck. NPR uses it all the time. I'm not a big fan of the politics of NPR, but I like there music, and everytime I turn that shit on I have to hear some story about about how X person said Y "without evidence" on the internet, so therefore we need to let Amazon, Google, and the CIA control everything we think, read, and say on the internet.
