i think that is wrong because if the ship remained intact during the process that got it beached, it stayed intact during that process, and thus its structure was strong enough to withstand whatever got it stuck on the beach. unless a team of people or something came and tried to secure the ship after it got stuck, then the force required to unstick it would be similar to the forces during the beaching, so if it survived the beaching it should survive the unbeaching. this is basically Newton’s laws
