What happens is that when a gas is in motion, energy conservation requires it to cool down (because its pressure is also changing, and you can't create energy out of nowhere). Air blown by a fan is actually cooler than the air that's not moving, and then it returns to its normal temperature when it stops moving (for the same reason, to keep the pressure-temperature balance in a way, due to energy conservation). All of you assholes should've failed high school. Why are you even on this board?
