I learned that normal people have a constant flow of a multitude of thoughts and ideas in their heads every awakened moment of their lives.
Why isn't it the case for me? My head is empty unless I mechanically use an element from my senses or my memory (which I need to focus on) as a starting point. And at best I can follow one train of thought that I slowly develop consciously.
Is it a common anomaly (or at least a condition that is documented on) or maybe am I just a literal brainlet? And how can I fix it?
Cause it really sucks how I need a context to start and nourish every conversation. And it especially sucks how uncreative I am.
Pic unrelated.
