I'm not a psychologist, but I've noticed that the vast majority of men who make the "onions face" are all strikingly similar to one another in looks and interests. Usually 25-35, nerdy, loves science, has a beard, absolutely obsessed with popular culture, and is usually lib-left on the political compass. There has got to be some underlying reason for this face and these traits to appear together, I've almost never seen a traditionally masculine male make this face. Is it psychological, a lack of testosterone, or a combination of many factors?
