What nutrient deficiencies cause things like lethargy, lack of energy and motivation, and other depressive symptoms? I've been eating terribly for a while now and I feel like it may be what's causing a lot of my problems. For about half a year I've been living entirely on:
-scrambled eggs
-buttered toast
-buttered spaghetti
-instant-lunch ramen cups
-boxed mac-and-cheese
-egg salad sandwiches
-cheese sandwiches (sharp cheddar on white bread)
-Walmart mini donuts (lunch at work)
I genuinely have not eaten anything other than these 8 meals for months now. This has to be fucking me up somehow, right? What do I need to add to my diet to make up for whatever vitamin deficiencies I probably have by this point?
