Making A Second Earth

So, it's basically impossible to terraform a planet in our solar system to be habitable because the best candidates (Mars and Venus) have really shit magnetic fields that can't protect shit.

So, I have a proposal. Venus is the best candidate for terraforming (almost the same mass as Earth) but it's just a little too close to the Sun and also lacks the outer core convection for a geodynamo effect. Now, what I'm proposing is that we is fucking slingshot Mercury into Venus, using that collision to push Venus slightly away from the Sun, evaporate the shitty atmosphere during the impact, and add lots of iron Venus' core to hopefully start a geodynamo effect.

So, who's on board? I think my plan sounds good. Better than Musk's stupid ideas.
