Mix different % of iso alcohol to kill covid

I have iso alcohol

50% and 99%(say 100%) by volume.

No I want 70-75% because this is the best dilution for killing covid.

So simply mix equal amounts of 50% and 100% to get 75%?

While any isopropanol percentage of 60 percent or more is effective against the common cold, flu, or coronavirus, "99 percent isopropanol evaporates very quickly which doesn't allow it to penetrate cell walls and kill bacteria, and therefore isn’t as good for sanitizing hand."

Simply put, it breaks down the outside of the cell before it can penetrate the germ in question. On the other hand, 70 percent alcohol is the perfect concoction of alcohol and water to cross a cell membrane, thereby attacking the entire cell and killing the bacteria.

OP here:
I bought 20 bottles of 50% iso(500 ml) from a dollar store for 70 cents a bottle.
The 99% is $5 a bottle and 70% is $4 abottle.
And I'm all out of 70 %, so I thought I'd save some money and mix up my own

I use it to clean shopping cart(buggy) handles, as I've seen what the buggy boys do.

just solve the equation for x or y
