How come some animals can fall from very high places and don't receive any damage? If you find a person the same weight as that leopard and make them jump off the tree they will probably break something.
What makes other animals bodies better at absorbing fall damage?

When I was a kid I used to jump out of trees, jump off the playset, even jump off our lowish roof. If I did that now I would probably die or end up in the hospital.

Mostly because most animals that do this are much lighter than an adult human.

The strength of your bones scale up much slower than the mass of your body.

Same. Around 14 I started noticing that falls hurt me; falls that I could easily walk off before.

Some of those animals weight 3 or 4 times what a man does. It must have to do with tissue composition and ergonomics of the bones/muscles/tendons. Kinda like how a tiger can pack a good punch because his muscles are stronger than a human's, not only bigger, but actually stronger; I imagine their bones and everything else is also like that.
