They clamp, vaccinate, and circumcise. It's the time honored trifecta. Today they clamp by clamping the umbilical cord early, they vaccinate by penetrating the child with their rod and depositing their material inside as part of a covert behavior modification and IQ reduction, lifespan and fertility management, and chronic degenerative disease induction program. They circumcise by marking the phallus directly.

However. If they cannot clamp the cord as such, they will organize something else in order to clamp. If they cannot vaccinate as such, they will attenuate and diminish the environment to diminish the individual's self expression. If they cannot circumcise the phallus, they will circumcise the abstract phallus by another means. It is unchanging. It is unyielding. It is as old as civilization and most certainly goes back to the earliest days of agriculture. The moment man "knew", the moment he realized that he could put his seed in woman in the correct way and at the correct general time to create children, he soon after "knew" the fields and cycles of nature, and how to plant his seed in that way as well. When he had the brain activity required for animal husbandry however, it was all over. It was inevitable he would soon turn that manner of thought to his fellow man, and lord over them as well, to keep them trapped in his domain. He would castrate them, he would clip their wings, he would mark and brand them, he would herd them, he would fence them in, he would render them chattel to buy, sell, trade, put up as collateral, and eventually, speculate upon. He would do whatever it took to keep hold of them, and keep them within his domain. As such, between the can and the can't, we were doomed. And that's the way the story goes. To Mesopotamia and beyond, this was our great "gift" from the Gods, and the present is the outcome of our actual capacity to use it.

They clamp.
They vaccinate.
They circumcise.
