And a thought out bulletproof workout routine, a lot of calisthenics with proper form, a lot gymnastics with proper form, a lot of endurance exercises, maybe some powerlifting to build up explosiveness and a nice peloton, core ex. And then you start purposefully creating controlled wounds on the body, varying between sizes and shapes, over time of course and nothing extreme lol, would the body OVER TIME get better at dealing with said wounds? Deep tissue like, AND if plausible, gene editing? Or gene therapy with genes that are designated for cell repair? Basically not become wolverine but probably raise chances of surviving a few bullets per say that didnt hit anything majorr or life threatening but can probably bleed out, be out the hospital in a few hours like. Superhuman
