I forgot, did we tilt because of the gravitational effects of the moon or because the earth tanked a meteorite a billion years ago? If the former. Yeah, let's nuke the moon. We lose the waves but that's fine. If he later, we need to redirect a meteorite to impact us back into place.

Then we construct an equatorial ring space station with rockets all along it's perimeter and use those to correct the tilt
