I just read Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art and am amazed. Anon that recommended it to me has undoubtedly saved me from suffering from a number of conditions. I have never cared about biology and chemistry (both seem pretty boring), so there's lots of things I probably missed out on. If you know of any books that provide you with knowledge on how to live a more healthy life so as to avoid a number of conditions, please post them here.

I will briefly summarize the most important points from the aforementioned book:
1. Breathe through your nose
2. Exhale fully (inhale and exhale every 5.5secs, the book mentions that there's an app by Google that helps with this, but I can't find it)
3. Your diet should consist of the kinds of foods that require a lot of chewing. In the meantime, lips together, teeth slightly touching, and tongue on the root of the mouth
4. To Wim-Hof method maximally few times a week, followed by a cold shower (or something like that).
